Julie Warden Killed, 2 Minors Injured in Car Accident in Anderson County, TX
Anderson County, TX — March 2, 2024, Julie Warden was killed and two minors were injured in a single-car accident at approximately 9:30 p.m. on State Highway 155.
According to authorities, 45-year-old Julie Warden and two 16-year-old boys were traveling in a passenger vehicle on State Highway 155 when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that the vehicle may have been traveling at high speeds leading up to the accident. The vehicle reportedly failed to safely navigate a curve in the roadway. It allegedly went into a skid and lost control before going into the center median where it overturned. It apparently rolled an unknown number of times before coming to a stop.
Warden was purportedly ejected from the vehicle during the course of the accident. She suffered reportedly fatal injuries as a result. The two boys who had also been in the vehicle incurred injuries of unknown severity; they were transported to a local medical facility in Tyler in order to receive necessary treatment.
Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
