Julio Guerrero Killed in Work Fall Accident in Houston, TX
Houston, TX — March 23, 2022, Julio Guerrero was killed following an accident where he fell while working on a rooftop off Hirsch Road.
Details given in reports from OSHA state that the incident occurred at 90 Hirsch Road, just off Clinton Drive, at around 10:30 a.m. The location appears to be a commercial building.

Investigators said that 36-year-old Julio Guerrero was on a rooftop looking for a leak. While doing so, he somehow went through a skylight and fell onto a concrete floor. As a result of the fall, Guerrero sustained fatal injuries. No others were said to be hurt.
