Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
When it comes to crashes involving younger drivers, my hope is that authorities are able to set aside any bias they have and let the evidence speak for itself. A lot of people just assume the worst of younger drivers due to their relative inexperience. At the end of the day, though, assumptions aren't going to get families the answers or resolutions they deserve. What will do that is focusing on the facts and treating the crash with the respect and care it deserves until the full story is brought to light.
