Keith Gray Killed in Truck Accident on U.S. 81 near Kingfisher, OK
Kingfisher, OK — October 16, 2023, Keith Gray was killed in a rear-end accident with a semi-truck at approximately 4:30 in the morning along U.S. 81.
Authorities were called to the scene of an incident about two miles south of Kingfisher involving a Kia Soul and a semi-truck.
According to reports, 27-year-old Keith Gray was the driver of a Kia Soul which was traveling southbound on U.S. 81. For reasons which are unclear, the Kia Soul ran into the rear end of the semi-truck. This caused the vehicle to veer off the side of the road where it came to a stop.
At some point during the events, reports say that Keith Gray was partially ejected from his Kia Soul. Gray was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi-truck was uninjured. Authorities state that the cause of the incident is still under investigation. No further details are available at this time.
