Kevin Reed Killed in Work Accident in San Antonio, TX
San Antonio, TX — April 25, 2022, Kevin Reed was killed in following an accident while doing service work on a car along Cork Tree Court.
Officials said that the incident happened at around 12:30 p.m. on Cork Tree Court off the corner of Shingle Oak Drive.

Preliminary information listed in an OSHA accident summary says that the work being done by 52-year-old Kevin Reed was service work on a vehicle. While apparently replacing the vehicle transmission, the vehicle somehow rolled, going over Reed. Reed sustained fatal injuries as a result of the accident. No one else was said to be injured.
OSHA listed multiple alleged violations as well as a potential penalty of at least $5,800. The result of the investigations is unclear at this time, and no further information can currently be confirmed.
