15 Injured in Bus Accident on Route 208 in Blooming Grove, NY
Blooming Grove, NY — March 20, 2025, fifteen people were injured due to a bus rollover accident at around 7:09 a.m. along Route 208.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the passengers onboard the bus were landscapers from New Jersey.

It appears the bus was going along Route 208 at the time when it somehow lost control. This led to the bus overturning along the side of the roadway. As a result, 15 of the workers on the bus sustained reportedly non-life-threatening injuries.
No further details about the potential cause of the crash are available at this time.

Something to keep in mind after any serious accident is that "non-life-threatening" injuries aren't always "non-serious." I had a case not that long ago where a man had a sore back following a crash. Doctors sent him home with no more than instructions to take some painkillers. Days later, though, the pain became crippling, and further tests revealed the man had a cracked disk in his spine, and he needed surgery.
Sometimes, the true nature of one's injuries don't show themselves until weeks or maybe even months after the accident. That's why it's important a crash is taken seriously as soon as possible after it happens. At worst, victims and families can just be abundantly cautious by gathering and preserving as much evidence as they can. At best, they'll be preparing themselves for what unseen challenges may lie ahead.
