Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
I get calls all the time from folks who feel that their accident never got the attention it deserved. A significant amount of those calls are in regards to single-vehicle accidents. Frankly, they're not often seen as a high priority, so authorities tend to move on without really digging into the intricate details like a more thorough independent accident reconstructionist would. Obviously, this can put folks in a tough spot if they feel their side of the story is being obscured or misrepresented. That's why it's a good thing there are alternatives available when authorities come up short in their investigations. At the end of the day, the evidence needs to be able to speak for itself, and that means there needs to be people asking the right questions.
