Mary Manriquez Estrada Killed in Car Accident in Midland, TX
Midland County, TX — January 7, 2023, Mary Manriquez Estrada was killed as the result of a car accident at around 1:34 p.m. along North Big Spring Street.
Preliminary details about the accident released by authorities say that the crash happened off the corner of Big Spring Street and Maverick Lane.
According to officials, 76-year-old Mary Manriquez Estrada was in a Chevy HHR going northbound along Big Spring. At the intersection, authorities say that a westbound Ford F-250 pulled away from a stop sign, crashing with Estrada's Chevy and a Honda Civic which was also going northbound.
Due to the collision, Estrada sustained injuries which proved to be fatal. There were no other confirmed injuries reported. At this time, additional details about the crash are unavailable pending investigations.
