Melissa Lauman, Charles Rackley Killed, 2 Injured in Car Accident in Fort Worth, TX
Fort Worth, TX — September 18, 2023, Melissa Lauman and Charles Rackley were killed and two were injured after a car accident just after midnight along I-30.
Right now, few details are available concerning factors leading up to the crash. Authorities say the incident occurred at around 1:00 a.m. along the interstate in the area of Cooks Lane.

The cause of the crash cannot be confirmed at this time. Authorities said only that a motorcycle, a dark pickup, and a white Cadillac crossed paths and collided along the interstate. Due to this collision, a man and a woman were killed. Tarrant County officials identified the deceased victims as 44-year-old Melissa Lauman and 53-year-old Charles Rackley.
