With any multi-vehicle crash like this, it's important to know that authorities have focused on preserving evidence. Sometimes, authorities get so caught up with containing and clearing the scene that the accident reconstruction can take a backseat. If authorities don't make an effort to give the crash the attention it needs, important and subtle information might start to slip through the cracks. Is that happening here, or do the authorities have experienced investigators handling things?
