Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
I certainly don't know more about this crash than what's in the news, and I always take early reports with a couple grains of salt. That said, a lot of public attention tends to focus on the cause of the crash and who's to blame. Meanwhile, victims and families have another issue to focus on: What comes next? There are many paths that can follow from crashes like this, and getting a proper resolution usually begins by having as much clear evidence as possible. So in the coming days and weeks, it's important this crash is in the hands of experienced, unbiased professionals who will make sure no stone goes unturned.
