Harris County, TX — December 27, 2022, Noah Figueroa was injured in a single-vehicle car accident around 3:05 p.m. on Clay Rd. in Harris County.
According to authorities, the victim was traveling westbound in a Nissan Maxima when his vehicle somehow veered toward the passenger side, struck a curb, veered toward the driver’s side in a counterclockwise spin, left the road, and collided with a tree. Officials report the rear passenger side door of the Maxima struck the tree.
Mr. Figueroa reportedly suffered incapacitating injuries.
The speed limit for Clay Rd. is 45 mph, so hopefully someone can investigate why a moderate speed impact on the opposite of the vehicle, from the driver, caused serious injuries.
