Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
It's not entirely unusual to see so few details available about a pedestrian accident. The questions is if authorities ever gave it the attention it needed behind the scenes. Unfortunately, these accidents are often treated as a low priority, is it's possible the whole situation can slip through the cracks without more thorough independent investigators stepping in. Is this yet another example of that, or did authorities actually step in to get answers here?
