Ellis County, TX — April 5, 2024, Reginald Green was killed and one was injured following a car accident around 4:47 a.m. along Interstate 45.

Investigators said that the incident took place along the southbound lanes of the interstate near FM 813.

According to officials, 52-year-old Reginald Green and another person were in an Acura going along I-45. While doing so, the vehicle somehow lost control, causing the vehicle to run off-road and overturn.

Due to the accident, Reginald Green was killed. The passenger in the vehicle had reportedly moderate injuries. Additional details are unconfirmed at this time.

With single-vehicle wrecks, one of the most common concerns I hear from families is whether or not they’re getting the whole story. Unfortunately, these accidents aren’t always taken seriously, since there’s just one vehicle involved. This can result in families finding themselves weeks or months after a crash still asking the same old questions.

If authorities have been more thorough behind the scenes, maybe they’ve already cleared up all those doubts and concerns. However, it wouldn’t be the first time a family was left looking for answers because the initial investigations weren’t thorough enough.
