Renetta Sibley Killed in Hit-and-run Accident on I-30 in Fort Worth, TX
Fort Worth, TX -- January 4, 2023, Renetta Sibley was killed after an accident where police believe a vehicle hit her, then left the scene.
Details from officials suggest authorities were called to the 100 block of the West Freeway (I-30) at around 7:50 a.m., but the accident itself likely happened much earlier, authorities suggested. They said that a woman, later identified by officials as 64-year-old Renetta Sibley, was hit by a vehicle along the freeway. That vehicle has not been located at this time. Sibley succumbed to fatal injuries.
As little information as there is available right now, there is still every reason to put this information in the public eye as much as possible. The fact of the matter that situations like this usually find a conclusion because a vigilant member of the community comes forward with helpful information. Anyone who saw anything which could be helpful should contact the appropriate authorities as soon as possible. I have little doubt that the victim's loved ones would do the same for others if the roles were reversed.
