Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
That's not a whole lot of information about such a serious accident, though some may not think there needs to be much more information. But why was the victim in the road? Where exactly was "the middle" of the road? Were they near a disabled vehicle? Was anyone else with them at the scene? What is lighting like in this area? I find too often that people ignore situations which seem straight-forward, and that can lead to important details slipping through the cracks. Hopefully authorities have at least been more thorough behind the scenes to ensure the victim's loved ones are getting the full story.
