Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
It's easy for people to jump to conclusions when there's only one person reportedly involved in a crash. But like any serious accident, it's important to let the evidence speak for itself. Even authorities sometimes overlooked possible extenuating circumstances that a driver may not have had control over. Perhaps an independent investigation here wouldn't reveal anything unusual, but it's important that when folks feel like authorities are missing something important that someone steps in to pick up the slack.
