Minidoka County, ID — April 3, 2023, two people sustained injuries due to an accident where a tractor-trailer crashed with an RV along I-84 near Burley.
Officials with the Idaho State Police say that the incident happened at around 12:22 p.m. along westbound lanes.

For reasons not currently clear, a semi-trailer traveling near mile marker 214 somehow crashed into an RV that was also westbound. Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A tractor-trailer hitting another vehicle doesn't really say a whole lot. That could explain a situation involving a vehicle cutting off the truck while merging from the shoulder, and it could equally apply to a tractor-trailer failing to slow down for stopped traffic. I can only hope the lack of information in the news isn't a reflection of what information the victims and families are getting. They no doubt need some answers, and the details I'm seeing right now leave a lot to be desired.
