Sean Benjamin Walker Killed in Hit-and-run Accident on Airport Boulevard in Houston, TX
UPDATE (December 16, 2022): Sources have named the victim killed in the incident as Sean Benjamin Walker. They did not give additional details about the accident.
Houston, TX -- December 8, 2022, a pedestrian was killed as the result of an accident where a vehicle hit them on Airport, then fled.
Authorities said that the incident happened off the corner of Airport Boulevard and TX-288 at around 2:30 a.m. They say that an unidentified man, believed to be in his 20s or 30s, was in the road when a vehicle somehow hit him. That vehicle then left the scene. The man sustained fatal injuries due to the collision. No further information is available at this time.

It's so infuriating to see hit-and-runs like this, yet they seem to happen all too often. One of the best things we in the public can do whenever something like this happens is keep the details visible and remain vigilant. Someone is often able to connect the dots and identify the suspect so they can be brought to justice. I remain hopeful the same can happen here.
