Two Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident on Wolf Lane in Travis County, TX
Travis County, TX — September 23, 2023, at least two people were injured due to a single-vehicle accident at around 1:53 a.m. along Wolf Lane.
Public information from the authorities says the crash took place on the 5500 block of Wolf Lane, which appears to be in the area of Del Valle and Garfield just south of Highway 71.

According to current statements, a 31-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl were passengers in a Hyundai Elantra headed southbound on Wolf Lane. Authorities believe the driver was going too fast when the vehicle went over a bump, causing it to lose control and run off-road where it crashed into a tree.
The man and the teenage girl riding in the vehicle reportedly had incapacitating and non-incapacitating injuries, respectively. The driver, whose age and identity are not public at this time, may have walked away from the scene, authorities said. This and other potential factors surrounding the crash can't be confirmed at this time.
