Man Killed in SMART Bus Accident on Garfield Road in Fraser, MI
Macomb County, MI — December 22, 2025, a man was killed and others were injured due to a SMART bus accident around 5:30 p.m. on Garfield Road.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened at Garfield Road and Mulvey Road, north of Detroit.
Investigators said that a man was in a vehicle going along Garfield when a collision with a SMART bus occurred. This led to a fire. Due to the crash, the unidentified man was killed. Three others reportedly had non-life-threatening injuries.
