Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Crashes like this are often deceptively complex, and it's important folks understand why that is. Factors like mechanical issues, road conditions, or even evasive maneuvers to avoid unseen hazards often go overlooked. Even authorities don't always have the tools to catch such details. That unfortunately leads to premature conclusions about a driver's actions leading up to the crash.
Driver error is certainly common, but hasty speculation can overshadow the necessity of a thorough investigation, one that prioritizes getting the victim's loved ones the answers they deserve. Anything short of that can leave families wondering if they're really getting the whole story.
