Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
I was surprised to see that this accident apparently happened in the middle of the afternoon rather than at night or early in the morning, as I'm used to seeing. That makes me wonder if there's anything unusual about what led to this crash and if authorities are considering unlikely or unusual possibilities. If nothing else, the victim's loved ones deserve to know every possibility will be thoroughly considered.
