Teen Injured in Two-Car Accident on Clarewood Drive in Houston, TX
Houston, TX — May 9, 2023, a teenager sustained injuries following two-vehicle car accident at around 2:32 p.m. along Clarewood Drive.
Preliminary information about the accident indicates that it happened in the area of the Clarewood Drive and Fondren Road intersection.
According to officials, an 18-year-old girl was in a Dodge Ram pickup said to be going along westbound Clarewood Drive. For reasons not currently clear, a Toyota Camry traveling the same direction allegedly failed to control speed and rear-ended the pickup.
Due to the collision, the 18-year-old sustained injuries which were described as incapacitating. There did not appear to be any other confirmed injuries. Right now, no further information about the accident is available.
