Todd Tennison Killed in Truck Accident in Springfield, MO
Springfield, MO — September 29, 2023, Todd Tennison was fatally injured following a semi-trailer accident along North Kansas Expressway.
Authorities said in their statements that the crash happened at approximately 10:00 a.m. outside the Walmart at 2825 North Kansas Expressway off I-44 interchange.

According to current information made available to the public, 51-year-old Todd Tennison was reportedly sitting on the ground, but details say he was not in the roadway. While there, a semi-trailer was turning out of a parking lot onto the access road. In doing so, the truck somehow "left the roadway" where it then struck Tennison. The tractor-trailer reportedly continued traveling and left the scene.
As a result of the incident, Tennison succumbed to fatal injuries on October 1, reports say. there were no other reported injuries. Authorities continue to search for the truck driver at the time of writing.
