Traysen Crist Injured in Car Accident in Early, TX
Brown County, TX — March 18, 2024, Traysen Crist was injured in a single-vehicle accident at around 11:14 p.m. on Garmon Drive.
On the evening of March 18, 21-year-old Traysen Crist was the driver of a Nissan Sentra that was heading south on Garmon Drive.

For reasons unconfirmed, the vehicle apparently left its lane. It veered left across oncoming lanes, then left the roadway. There, the vehicle continued onto the sidewalk before ultimately crashing with small trees on the roadside. Crist sustained reportedly serious injuries due to the crash. The factors contributing to the crash are still under investigation.
Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
When it comes to single-vehicle accidents, some folks are irresponsibly quick to assume driver error must have been the cause. That's tends to be an oversimplification.
Far more often than people may realize, they happen due to complex, sometimes unavoidable circumstances that go beyond the driver's control. This can include things like a sudden health crisis, roadway issues, tire blowouts, or a mechanical failure that even the most diligent owner can't always foresee. That's why it's best for there to always be thorough investigations to let the evidence speak for itself. I see no reason why this crash would be an exception to that.
