1 Injured in Truck Accident on Hwy. 24 in Warsaw, NC
Warsaw, NC — April 7, 2024, one person was injured in a truck accident that took place somewhere along State Highway 24.
According to authorities, the causal factors that led to the accident remain unclear.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a passenger vehicle collided with the rear-end of an 18-wheeler. A victim reportedly became entrapped in the wreckage; they had to be extricated upon the arrival of emergency personnel. Once freed from the aftermath, they were transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive treatment for the injuries incurred over the course of the accident.
