Justin Urfan has been a family friend of mine for many many years but i will say thise, I drive thise road where the accidnet took place on a daily being i work across from the store that Urfan works and lives at. the speed limit is 55Mph but i can promise you that just about everyone that travels this road does not obey that speed limit. i can recall mini of times on my travles from home to work of being almost ran off the road because people are passing in the curve and driving at high rate of speed. Also there has been times when coming to the stop sign at the end of the bridge where people will have their blinker on but coninue straight instead of turning. There needs to be more police active on Pleasure Island to maybe help with people not doing this. It's sad that such a young person with so much life left has been cut short.

Richard Whether My friend Urfan stop or not, the white pick up truck was going way over the speed limit 45 mph. If the driver in the white pick up truck was going the speed limit he would of been able to hit his brake and stop or slow down which would of cause less force and minimal damage. He must been going 70 mph or 80 mph by looking at the damages and impact of the vehicles.
