Tyler, TX — September 2, 2023, William Haisler was killed as the result of a hit-and-run accident at around 11:30 p.m. along East Gentry Parkway.
Authorities said in preliminary reports that the incident occurred at the intersection of East Gentry Parkway and West MLK Boulevard.
