Goliad County, TX — January 22, 2026, a driver sustained injuries as the result of an 18-wheeler accident at around 3:36 a.m. along Highway 239.

Investigators said that the accident happened at the intersection of Highway 239 and Charco Street, between Goliad and Kenedy.

According to officials, a 57-year-old man was in an International 18-wheeler going eastbound along the highway. Due to reasons unclear, the truck lost control and crashed off the side of the road.
