One Killed, Two Injured in Car Accident on Highway 130 in Travis County, TX
Travis County, TX — July 7, 2023, one person was killed and two people were injured following a car accident at around 1:20 a.m. along Highway 130.
Preliminary information from the Austin-Travis County EMS department says that the crash took place near Manor in the area of Highway 130 and U.S. Highway 290.

According to officials, at least two vehicles along Highway 130 crossed paths and collided. This sent one of the vehicles a significant distance down an embankment.
One person involved in the crash sustained fatal injuries as a result of the accident. That person has not been identified, and their role in the crash was not specified. Two others involved in the crash were reportedly ejected and sustained life-threatening injuries. They, too, remain unidentified. The cause of the crash is unclear.
