Amin Ali Injured in Car Accident on Highway 6 in Harris County, TX
Harris County, TX — January 5, 2024, Amin Ali was injured as the result of a possible drunk driver accident at around 5:20 a.m. along Highway 6.
Authorities said in their statements that the crash took place in the area of the Highway 6 and Clay Road intersection in the far west of Houston.

According to officials, 54-year-old Amin Ali was in a Toyota Sienna van going northbound along the highway. From the oncoming lanes, authorities say that a southbound Toyota Rav4 lost control, went left of center, and ultimately crashed head-on into Ali's van.
Due to the collision, Ali had serious injuries. It's unclear if the other driver was hurt. Police say that the Rav4 driver had been drinking, but it's unclear if any charges were considered following the accident. No further information is available right now.
