There are no further confirmed details about the factors leading up to this accident. Frankly, that's unsurprising when it comes to single-vehicle wrecks.
A proper accident reconstruction must be able to cover all kinds of possible factors. Mechanical issues, roadway hazards, road design flaws, speeding, medical conditions, hit-and-run drivers, faulty brakes or tires, etc. The unfortunate reality is authorities only have so many resources to work with, and single-vehicle car crashes typically fall low on their list of priorities. As a result, crucial details that more dedicated independent accident reconstructionists wouldn't dream of overlooking end up slipping through the cracks.
Right now, there's no way to say what happened here based on what little information authorities have released to they public. That means that many unanswered questions likely remain.
