Brandi Burke Injured in Truck Accident on S.H. 105 in Grimes County, TX
Grimes County, TX — February 8, 2024, Brandi Burke was injured in a multi-vehicle truck accident at approximately 12:15 p.m. along State Highway 105.
According to authorities, an eastbound Ford F-250 pickup truck towing a trailer had slowed on S.H. 105 eastbound in order to make a right turn into a private drive in the vicinity east of C.R. 314 when the accident occurred.

Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, a Dodge Ram 3500 truck with a trailer in tow which had been in the lane behind the Ford allegedly failed to control its speed, colliding with the back of the Ford's trailer before the Ford could complete the turn. The collision caused the Dodge to veer left, crossing over the center line and entering the westbound lanes of the highway. It reportedly struck the back left side of a trailer in tow behind a westbound Freightliner before also striking a westbound Toyota 4Runner occupied by 47-year-old Brande Burke.
Burke suffered suspected severe injuries as a result of the accident. She was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
