Jade Klingler Killed in Motorcycle Car Accident on South Voss Rd. in Houston, TX
UPDATE (May 20, 2024): The woman who lost her life as a result of this accident has been identified as Jade Yaqian Klingler. The investigation continues.
Houston, TX — April 2, 2024, a woman was killed in a motorcycle versus car accident at approximately 9:00 p.m. along South Voss Road.
According to authorities, a 27-year-old woman was traveling on a northbound Suzuki motorcycle on South Voss Road in the vicinity of the Middleton Street intersection when the accident occurred.

Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, a northbound Mercedes-Benz on South Voss Road attempted a left turn into a private drive at an apparently unsafe time. This resulted in a collision between the Mercedes-Benz and the motorcycle.
The woman from the motorcycle incurred reportedly critical injuries as a result of the wreck; she was rushed to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive immediate treatment. However, she was ultimately unable to overcome the extent of her injuries, having been declared deceased on April 4, 2024. No other injuries have been reported.
Additional details pertaining to this incident—including the identity of the victim—are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
