Lee County, TX — December 29, 2023, one person was killed in a single-car accident at 12:00 midnight along State Highway 21.
According to reports, a 36-year-old man was traveling in a northbound Ford Escape on F.M. 2440 in the vicinity of the U.S. 21 intersection when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the Ford disregarded a stop sign at the three-way intersection.
