Valerie Garcia Killed, Ivan Alejandro Tadeo, 1 Injured in Car Accident on S. Buckner Blvd. in Dallas, TX
UPDATE (April 9, 2024): One of the men who was injured over the course of this accident has been identified as 21-year-old Ivan Alejandro Tadeo.
Dallas, TX — February 27, 2024, Valerie Garcia was killed and two men were injured in a car accident at approximately 1:00 a.m. along Buckner Boulevard.
According to authorities, two men were traveling at allegedly high speeds in a Chevy Impala in the vicinity of the South Buckner Boulevard and Forney Road intersection when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the Impala crashed into another vehicle occupied by 45-year-old Valerie Garcia, causing her vehicle to overturn. Garcia incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the accident and was declared deceased at the scene. The two men from the Impala sustained apparently serious injuries and were transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment.
Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
