Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
My hope is authorities weren't too quick to overlook the details surrounding this accident. I find that motorcyclists don't always get the fair attention they deserve, and people instead jump to all kinds of conclusions. At the end of the day, a family lost their loved one, and they deserve to know they're getting the full story. Even if something might seem unlikely, it's important to let the evidence speak for itself.
