Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
People often jump to conclusions when it comes to single-vehicle wrecks. They figure since there's just one person involved, they know where the blame lies. However, all kinds of factors can lead to a crash like this, and it's important they all get attention from investigators. That means anything from distraction to road hazards to vehicle defects to medical conditions. Only by letting the evidence speak for itself can there be a fair accounting of what went wrong. Jumping to conclusions isn't going to help anyone.
