Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With such a serious collision, it's important to be sure all the facts are clear before drawing definitive conclusions. I've handled hundreds of commercial vehicle accident cases. Sometimes, people become so focused on a glaring red flag that they miss the forest for the trees. As such, it's best to keep an open mind and let the evidence speak for itself. That means investigating all possible contributing factors—not just the most obvious ones. Is that happening here?
