Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
There are certain kind of accidents I get calls about which can cause people to unfairly jump to conclusions. Crashes involving teen drivers and motorcyclists are about the biggest offenders when it comes to people jumping to conclusions. So while I don't have information about what happened here, these are some red flags, and it makes me wonder how thorough investigations were. Did authorities take time to consider all sorts of possible factors, even unlikely ones? Or were they quick to pass judgment and move on without really letting the evidence speak for itself?
