White Settlement, TX — March 31, 2025, a woman was injured following an alleged intoxicated driver accident at around 5:10 p.m. along Silver Creek Road.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened just off the intersection of Silver Creek Road and Bomber Road.

It appears that a driver in a pickup backed into an apartment building, injuring a woman inside the building. That vehicle then went forward onto Foxfire Lane where it crashed into another apartment building. As a result of the accident, the woman in the first building sustained a head injury.
The condition of the driver wasn't confirmed. Authorities say the driver is being charged for intoxication assault.
Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
One of the challenges with any alleged intoxicated driving accident is how narrow investigations tend to be. Authorities sometimes become so focused on seeing the intoxicated driver held accountable that they let the accident investigations take a back seat.
Simply put, the evidence needed to charge a reckless driver and the evidence needed to get victims and families the help they need don't always perfectly align. As such, victims and families need to be assured that investigators are getting facts about the crash. If authorities are too quick to move on, they might let important details slip through the cracks. Hopefully steps are being taken here to ensure nothing like that happens so there can be a just conclusion to this whole chaotic situation.
