Commentary by Michael Grossman
When it comes to single-vehicle accidents, my main concern is if authorities are giving the accident the attention it deserves. These are sometimes seen as a low priority. As a result, the crash may not be handled with the time or tools needed to ensure all key evidence is preserved before it's lost or damaged.
That's why a lot of families seek out independent professionals who can help secure evidence. If authorities let important details slip through the cracks, having another set of eyes look things over can catch those important details and bring them to light. Whatever ultimately led to the crash, getting the best outcomes generally means having as much information as possible telling the story.
