Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
This mention of a potential electronic device may be a good example of what I talk about following serious fires and explosions. People have a tendency to just assume someone in the building did something wrong. However, there could be defective products, worn appliances, faulty wiring or utilities, or appliances that weren't installed properly. This takes time and significant attention to properly look into, and there could be multiple outside parties involved in the mistakes that led to the accident. That's why it's important to let the evidence speak for itself rather than just immediately looking for someone to blame.
