8 Injured in Car Accident on U.S. 83 in Alamo, TX
Alamo, TX — May 1, 2024, eight people were injured in a car accident that took place at approximately 6:00 p.m. along U.S. Highway 83.
According to authorities, the accident occurred in the westbound lanes of U.S. Highway 83.
The weather and road conditions in the area at the time have not yet been reported on. The cause of the accident and the number of vehicles involved remains unclear. Officials indicate that eight people were hurt in the accident and had to be transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive treatment. However, none of their injuries were reported to have been life-threatening.
