1 Killed, 1 Injured in Car Accident on Easton Rd. in Dallas, TX
Dallas, TX — August 28, 2024, one person was killed and another was injured in a car accident at approximately 2:15 p.m. along Easton Road.
According to authorities, the accident took place in the vicinity of the Easton Road and Garland Road intersection.

The cause of the accident remains unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a collision took place between two separate vehicles. One person was reportedly entrapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated by emergency personnel. They suffered fatal injuries, however, and ended up being declared deceased at the scene. One other person was seriously injured, according to reports, though their injuries were not described to have been life-threatening. They were transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
