1 Injured in Car Accident on Firetower Road in Montgomery County, TX
Montgomery County, TX — October 29, 2024, One person is injured following a car accident at around 1:30 P.M. on Firetower Road
Authorities are investigating a single vehicle accident that left one person seriously injured after a collision with a tree. According to official reports, a Mazda was driving along Firetower Rd near SH 242 when it failed to navigate a curve and lost control.
Once the vehicle had lost control, it left the roadway and collided head-on with a tree, causing critical injuries to the driver. Upon arrival by first responders, they found a woman in her fifties trapped inside the vehicle, and began extrication before transporting her to a hospital.
At this time there has been no further update as to the condition of the driver.
