Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
I always have concerns when it comes to accidents involving teenage drivers. Frankly, people tend to jump to conclusions due to the relative inexperience of young drivers. Ultimately, it's important after serious accidents that the evidence is able to speak for itself. Jumping to conclusions isn't going to provide any clear answers, and it's certainly not going to get anyone the help they need. That's why it's important to know if authorities actually did careful, thorough investigations or if they rushed to conclusions.
