Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
People often think car accidents are simple just because they're common. However, any crash can involve complex factors, and authorities aren't always given the time or tools they need to do a proper accident reconstruction. As a result, families often find they need independent investigations to ensure they're getting the full story. Sometimes, that can just help confirm what authorities already know. Other times, though, it can make all the difference between victims and families being left in the dark and them getting the resolution they deserve.
