Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
This early in an investigation, it would be irresponsible for anyone to jump to conclusions. Even when things seem clear, there could be new information brought to light that changes everything. That's why any deadly accident like this needs a proper, thorough accident reconstruction that covers all possibilities and lets the evidence speak for itself. Are authorities here doing that, or are they treating this like any run-of-the-mill fender bender?
